Tel Aviv University Alumni Organization Hosted Alumni Families at the Steinhardt Museum of Natural History at Tel Aviv University
The Tel Aviv University Alumni Organization, led by Sigalit Ben Hayoun, held a special event dedicated to alumni families at the Steinhardt Museum of Natural History—a unique experience for the whole family!
Among the guests were Moshe Ya’alon, former Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and IDF Chief of Staff, who attended with his grandchildren and wife, a Tel Aviv University alumna; Udi Danino, Co-Founder and CEO of Muze AI, a graduate of both the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Exact Sciences at Tel Aviv University, and a member of the Alumni Organization Advisory Board; and Maayan Milles, Creative Director at Paper, the house brand of the Story retail chain, who studied at the Faculty of Arts—along with many other alumni.
The Steinhardt Museum showcases Israel’s national treasures of natural history, selected from a scientific collection of over 5.5 million items. Its exhibitions feature thousands of rare specimens collected over the years, offering a rich narrative of the natural world around us.
Alumni families and their children enjoyed an afternoon of fun, curiosity, and discovery—with a variety of engaging activities for all ages: open tours of the museum's exhibits, a free “Travel Journal” booklet for every child, interactive content zones for exploration, creativity, and play, clips from the Hebrew zoological album “A Living Legend”, and many more surprises throughout the museum!
